With this raffle, you have a chance to win a fantastic cash prize all while supporting artistic programming in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. The Festival works with and for the DTES community to carry forward stories, lived experiences, artistic practices, ancestral knowledge, and cultural traditions.
